Oil-Free Piston Pump

Adjustable Vacuum Control

The suction system uses an oil-free piston pump, eliminating oil mist pollution and reducing the need for oil-related maintenance during routine operation.

The front pressure regulator allows the operator to adjust negative pressure from 0.02 to 0.09 MPa. The analog pressure gauge provides a clear visual indication of the current vacuum level.

High Flow Performance

Dual Collection Bottles

A flow rate of at least 32 L/min supports rapid suction of pus, blood, phlegm and other viscous liquids during surgical procedures.

The standard bottle specification is 2500 mL*2 glass receiving flasks, providing a combined collection capacity of 5000 mL. Replaceable plastic collection bottles are also available.

Overflow And Filtration Protection

Manual And Foot Control

The bacteria filter, buffer bottle, overflow valve and overflow protection device help protect the pump and reduce the risk of collected liquid entering the internal suction circuit.

The apparatus supports manual switch operation and pedal control. A dedicated foot-switch connection is located on the rear panel for convenient hands-free operation.

Clinical Application

The integrated bottle tray, four castors and telescopic handle create a compact mobile platform that can be repositioned conveniently within clinical facilities.
